The following agreement explains the general Terms and Conditions in which FileSpazz.com offers and provides services and provide you with access to FileSpazz.com and any affiliate sites associated with FileSpazz.com.  By registering, uploading files, artwork, and/or logos, searching through FileSpazz.com, and/or reading through questions you agree to be bound by the terms, laws, regulations and obligations under these Terms and Conditions.  FileSpazz.com holds the right to refuse service to all who do not agree with or accept this agreement of Terms and Conditions.

Please review your file after receiving it through filespazz.com. We are not responsible for any text, spelling, grammar or graphical errors. We not responsible for any printed items, cost, etc that occurred due to that mistake.  Please double check the artwork and have your clients sign an approval form to waive future responsibility on your side. Never ever go straight to production without proofing first!

 SERVICES

FileSpazz.com is not a file sharing or storing database site.  We are a user-driven site and do not charge our users for our services.  Anyone and Everyone are allowed to upload and convert files for personal and commercial use.  FileSpazz.com does not take any responsibility for the content of uploaded and/or converted files, nor do we hold any obligations to monitor uploaded and/or completed files. The service that we provided is strictly file conversion to and from various formats.  We do not provided services that share, distribute, copy, or sell files or copyright protected material

**By accepting these Terms and Conditions you accept and understand that you are using this site at your own RISK.

            Clients will be solely responsible for received all clearance rights and/or licensing with respect to all content uploaded by the user through FileSpazz.com in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

            All content located on the site such as data, text, images, logos, graphics, photographs, audio and video clips, icons, and software are and continue to be property of FileSpazz.com Users may not use, sell, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from FileSpazz.com content for public or commercial purposes without receive written consent from FileSpazz.com management.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ACCORDINGLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FILESPAZZ.COM EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND OTHER TERMS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, REGARDING SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT). FILESPAZZ.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR WILL BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT FILESPAZZ.COM WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR TO THE COMPUTER SYSTEM OF ANY THIRD PARTY THAT RESULT FROM USE OF THE SERVICES. IF WE PROVIDE ADVICE OR INFORMATION ON WAYS TO USE THE SERVICE OR WAYS IN WHICH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES MAY BE IMPROVED, WE ARE NOT OFFERING ANY PROMISE OR GUARANTEE IN ADDITION TO THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

            In accordance with these Terms and Conditions, users understand and agree not to do any of the following while using FileSpazz.com:

• Convert, use, sell or distribute any content uploaded without having or receiving the right to do so under any law, contractual duty or fiduciary relationship

• Convert, use, sell or distribute any content uploaded that may infringe a third party’s property, public, or privacy rights.

• Alter, tamper, or use information from FileSpazz.com that is not open to the public.  Individuals who do not have authorization attempting to access and/or change such information may be subject to prosecution.

• Retrieve, distribute, use, or sell information belonging to other users of FileSpazz.com.  Users will no attempt to gather or use information belonging to any other user for the purposes of unsolicited advertising, spam, or any other mass emailing that has nothing to do with FileSpazz.com services.

• Impersonate and/or misrepresent users affiliation with any person or organization, company, business or such for purposes of using FileSpazz.com services.

• By using the services at Filespazz.com, you are authorizing an affiliate company (Copyartwork.com) to record your email address and deliver a newsletter on a monthly basis.
